Experimental painting with color throwing.
Painted with a Mixed media, consisting of acrylic, water-mixable oil paint, and varnish. However, the term "painted" doesn't quite apply to this technique. The colors were more likely thrown and splattered, making it more of a experimental painting.
Structural and Color Diversity in the Image - The size of the color dots and strokes, as well as changes in brightness, determine spatial perception.
To control the spatial effect, the color application and thus the color gradient are repeatedly interrupted for drying phases. The experimental application is repeated with different colors until a natural effect is achieved. Diversityin color and texture arises. Especially the colors green and purple, but also yellow, orange, red, blue, black, and whiteintermingle here in a complex manner, creating a perceivable spatiality through their differently long trajectories (dot-like and small at the top of the image, line-like and large at the bottom). The eye repeatedly gets caught on the pattern-free structures, stimulating the viewer in an unusual and abstract way. Additionally, there is a subtle change in brightness. The further down one moves in the image, the more vibrant the colors become. This creates the impression of standing in front of a meadow or at the edge of a field.
A unique ambiance for your living space with the large-format picture "Claim 92."
Despite the many colors, "Claim92Its effect is rather subtle and can be appreciated both from a distance (perception of spatiality) and up close (variety of structure and color). The composition is very minimalistic and is entirely created through experimenting with the application of color. Those who enjoy the colors and structures will be pleasantly surprised by the effect in the room: it instantly creates a special atmosphere in the living space.
Interesting facts about the picture.
"Claim 92" is signedAdditionally, the edges are painted white. The artwork can be immediately displayed with just two nails in the wall. The painting doesn't need a frame or varnish, but it can have them if desired. I can apply a varnish before shipping if you prefer. You can choose between matte, semi-matte, or glossy. However, I don't necessarily recommend it. The mixed media technique creates varying degrees of light reflection in the color gradients, which I personally find very stimulating. Moreover, the paints sold today are almost non-yellowing. For the frame, I recommend visiting a specialty store near you.
The photos you see above were taken by me to the best of my ability. Since I am not a professional photographer, the colors you see may slightly differ from the original. There might also be some room for improvement in lighting or sharpness here and there. I strive to provide an authentic representation of the paintings. However, you are welcome to visit me at the studio or ARTLET to see the original.
Free shipping for the picture.
Delivery (in Wiesbaden and the surrounding area) or shipping of the artwork typically takes place on Tuesdays and is free of charge. If needed, an alternative date can be arranged. During school holidays (in Hesse), there may be delays due to vacations. Delivery breaks will be communicated in the header of the homepage.
