The large blossom first appears powerful and present. Contours open up, areas of color bleed into one another, and individual sections seem to resist any attempt at clear order. They are simple forms that everyone recognizes and whose meaning seems to be fixed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn \u003cem\u003eFlower IX\u003c\/em\u003e, the flower first appears as a symbol of beauty, growth, and harmony. Yet it is precisely this self-evidence that begins to falter. The intense colors develop a dynamic of their own, forms start to shift, and visible interventions disrupt the expectation of a closed image.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe beauty remains, but it no longer appears self-evident. Small irritations create a field of tension between familiarity and change.
