Nushi – abstract green painting 50 × 40 cm

Nushi (50 × 40 cm, 2025) is a work from my series In the End Green. The painting thrives on finely layered oil paints, superimposed in various shades of green. The relief-like surface emerges from structures that recall organic traces – like an imprint of leaves or the echo of a landscape.
The medium format makes Nushi versatile: it fits into modern living spaces, studies, or public areas, where it unfolds a calm yet powerful presence. The delicate balance between light and shadow in the green invites you to linger and explore.
Humankind and nature in dialogue
Like all works in the series, Nushi bears a first name. The choice of titles points to the close connection between nature and humans – similar to how storms are named. The abstract thus gains a concrete dimension and speaks directly to the viewers.
