Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply: Delivery of goods is worldwide.

 

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

 

Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 5–10 business days, and for international deliveries within 10–20 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For collection by the customer, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and about the collection options. In this case as well, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is possible from the 3rd order onwards.

The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
