Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery of the goods is worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 5–10 working days, and for international deliveries within 10–20 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and about the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is possible from the 3rd order onwards.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.
