Like-Minded: a striking work with spatial presence
“Kindred Spirits” is a large-format artwork by Mark Hellbusch that convinces through its clear formal language and intense colours. With its dimensions of 95 × 195 cm, it develops a strong visual impact and is particularly suitable for generous spatial concepts. The white floater frame gives the work a calm, precise border and supports its presence in the room.
Art between painting and object
The work is part of the series “The Paint Box” and deliberately moves between painting and sculptural object. The textured surface and spatial depth extend the classical picture plane and allow color to act as an autonomous element in space. Light and shadow become integral components of perception.
Kindred spirits – an open interpretation
The title points to a possible interplay of forms, colours and associations. The abstract design opens up different levels of interpretation and invites viewers to establish their own connections. The work remains deliberately open and develops its impact in an individual dialogue with the viewer.
Effect and Presentation in Space
Because of its size and depth, “Like-Minded” unfolds its full impact especially in spacious rooms. It can be presented either as a central stand-alone work or in the context of a collection. The understated frame emphasizes the clarity of the composition while at the same time integrating the work harmoniously into different architectural settings.
