Expressive Painting with Oil Colors: Vivid Portrait.

The artwork "Olivia" depicts the face of a young woman. She seems to have a great sense of humor: judging by her broad, sensual smile and her lively gaze, she doesn't take "competition" too seriously. However, the subtle doubling of her eyes and mouth suggests that competition in games and sports brings her a lot of joy.

The portrait "Olivia" continually encourages owners and viewers to engage in discussions about competition. The conversation can also contain playful elements.

Preparing for Painting

First, a chipboard was primed with cement and given texture. After drying, it was completely coated with a layer of glue and then screwed onto a canvas. This creates a well-protected, unusual surface that can be painted on.

Interesting Facts About "Olivia"

"Olivia" holds no personal significance for me. Like almost all portraits on the topic of "Hunters," it came to me by chance. An advertisement photo, an informational brochure, a report—portraits are shown everywhere. Some of them spark thoughts in me about the theme of "competition." Those are the ones I use.
