In this large‑format work, vibrating yellow, blue and red tones merge into an overwhelming field of color. "Claim 94" recalls in its structure a radiant sea of blossoms in sunlight – intense, pulsating and full of movement. The harmonious color composition creates a feeling of optimism and energy, while in the depth of the painting a multi‑layered play of light and perspective unfolds.
The painting was created in 2019 using an elaborate layering technique and invites ever new discoveries – a work that fills the space.

About the artist Mark Hellbusch
I have been a freelance painter since 1997 and have worked with a wide variety of themes in painting.
