Monika – Dynamics in Green
Abstract movement on structured surfaces
The work “Monika” (70 × 60 cm, 2023) unfolds its effect through strong green gradients that run diagonally across the canvas. Darker shades alternate with lighter nuances, creating an impression of movement and depth.
Fine structures from the underpainting – imprints of leaves, branches and organic elements – remain visible and lend the composition a lively surface. “Monika” combines dynamism and calm at the same time and, in abstract form, recalls the shadows of a weather front.
Sold – and now in private ownership
This work is now part of a private collection. It is exemplary of the series In the End Green, which uses multi-layered color layers and structures to make the power of nature tangible in a modern way.
