The Field of Mars concept
Marsfelder are created layer by layer – not with a brush, but with the remnants of artistic work. They appear like miniature landscapes or geological plates, condensed into shimmering structure.
Color becomes landscape
In Field of Mars CXXXIV, the artistic transformation from material to meaning is revealed: paint residues become surface, surface becomes form. A poetic play between chaos and composition.
Format & impact in the space
Although relatively compact at 40x30 cm, this work unfolds enormous density. It works as a stand-alone piece just as well as in a series – giving any room a decelerated, almost meditative impulse.
Sustainability as an attitude
Every work in Atelier Hellbusch is a deliberate act of reuse. The acrylic paint remnants used are not just a support material, but a central design element.
