One time, I was tidying up my art students' palettes and recognized their painting ideas in them. This inspired me to emulate the color selection, mixing, and brush movements on oversized replicas of the paint boxes. These large-format works create a spatial impression through the skillful combination of cool and warm colors and are actually three-dimensional.
