The seemingly chaotic application of paint creates an "organic" field, defined by the size of the painting.
Experimental painting leads to a large, abstract landscape.
Painted with a mixed media made from acrylic paint, water-mixable oil paint and varnish. However, the term “painted” does not quite fit this technique. The colors were rather thrown and splashed onto the large landscape; this is also experimental painting, which through the painting process leads to a large abstract landscape.
The color gradient in bright colors.
To control the spatial effect, the throwing of paint – and thus the flow of color – is repeatedly interrupted for drying phases. The experimental application of paint is repeated with bright colors until a natural Diversity in color and structure emerges. Especially the colors Yellow and orange, but also red, blue and white blend here in a complex artistic way and, through their differently long runs (dot-like and small at the top of the painting, stroke-like and large at the bottom), create a perceptible sense of space. The eye repeatedly lingers on the pattern-free structures, stimulating the viewer in an unfamiliar way. In this way, a modern artwork in atmospheric, bright colors emerges for an inspiring interior at home.
Facts worth knowing about the painting “Claim 121.”
Despite the many colors, "Claim 121 ” has a rather subtle effect and can be enjoyed both from a distance (perception of spatial depth) and up close (variety of structure and color). “Claim 121” is signed , and the edges are also painted white.
