“Claim 53” – Field of embers in motion (2022)

Color landscape between heat, structure, and light
“Claim 53” is an intense, large-format work that unfolds a dense, almost glowing field of color on 100 × 140 cm. Warm yellows, oranges and reds dominate the lower area and convey a powerful grounding. Towards the top, the field condenses increasingly into darker reds, interspersed with accents of blue, black and white – like tongues of flame or the crackling of a summer evening.
The vertical movement of the colors creates a feeling of heat and motion, almost like a field just before harvest or in the glow of the setting sun. “Claim 53” is not only a visual experience, but also an atmospheric state – vibrating, condensed, full of rhythm.
In private ownership – and still digitally present
Although this work is now part of a private collection, it remains visible in the digital archive. The “Claim” series stands for painterly processes between observing nature, intuition, and artistic freedom.
