Experimental Painting - The color splash leads to abstraction.
Painted with a mixed technique, consisting of acrylic, water-mixable oil paint, and varnish. However, the term "painted" doesn't quite apply to this technique. The colors were rather thrown and sprayed, so it is experimental painting. The result is a large-format abstract painting.
Structure and color diversity in the image - The size of the color dots and strokes as well as the change in brightness determine the spatial perception.
To control the spatial effect, the color splash and thus the color gradient are repeatedly interrupted for drying phases. The experimental application is repeated with different colors until a natural variety in color and structure emerges. Especially the warm colors orange, yellow, and red, but also green, blue, brown, and white mix here in a complex way and create, through their varying lengths (small and dot-like at the top of the image, large and stroke-like at the bottom), a perceptible spatiality. The eye repeatedly lingers on the pattern-free structures, stimulating the viewer in an unusual, abstract way. In addition, there is a subtle change in brightness. The further down you go in the image, the more intense the colors become. This creates the impression of standing in front of a meadow or at the edge of a field.
A modern ambiance for the living space with the large-format painting "Claim 93."
Despite the many colors, "Claim 93" has a rather subtle effect and can be enjoyed both from a distance (perception of space) and up close (variety of structure and color). The composition is very minimalistic and is entirely created through experimenting with color casting. Those who appreciate the colors and structures will be very surprised by the effect: it instantly creates a very modern ambiance in the living space.
Facts about the painting.
"Claim 93" is signed, and the edges are painted white. The artwork can therefore be immediately displayed with two nails in the wall.
The photos you see above were taken by me, to the best of my ability. Since I am not a professional photographer, the colors you see may slightly differ from the original. Here and there, the lighting or sharpness could certainly be better. I strive to provide an authentic image of the paintings. However, feel free to visit me at the studio or at ARTLET if you want to take a look at the original.
Free shipping of the painting.
Delivery (Wiesbaden and surrounding area) or shipping of the artwork is free of charge. During the (Hessian) school holidays, there may be delays due to vacations. Delivery pauses are communicated in the homepage header.
