The Ordering Process for a Painting.

When you order a painting online from my "shop," you will be prompted to enter the delivery address during the checkout process. The system will also need a way to contact you. Please provide your email address or a phone number where I can easily reach you.

You have three options when ordering. You can choose to pick up the painting yourself, have it shipped to the specified delivery address via Deutsche Post, or if the delivery address is within 25 km of Wiesbaden, you can arrange a delivery appointment with me.

Free delivery in Wiesbaden and surrounding areas.

If you choose delivery, we will find a suitable date together. For locations within 25 km of Wiesbaden, I can arrange delivery within a few days, either during the day or in the evening. It's best to call me or send me a message during the ordering process.Delivery is free of charge. 

Free shipping within Germany takes 1-3 business days.

After payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. I will also receive this automatic message so that I can contact you. If I can't reach you, I will ship the ordered goodswithin 1-3 business days.Outside of Germany, delivery times may be longer. The tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.Shipping is generally free of charge.

Picking up a piece of art.

During the ordering process, you can also select "Pick up." Please contact me anyway: My paintings are only partially stored at ARTLET (Wagemannstr 2). Many are also stored at Atelier Hellbusch (Langendellschlag 62). We will need to set up an appointment accordingly.

Canceling the purchase of a painting.

You can cancel your purchase without giving any reason. Here is an excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions, which you can find at the bottom of every page:

(1)Start of the cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
(2)Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 50 euros. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
