Modern experimental painting with color splashes leads to abstraction.
The chaotic application of color creates an "organic" field that is "staked out" by the size of the painting. It was painted with a Mixed media, consisting of acrylic paint, water-mixable oil paint, and varnish. However, the term "painted" doesn't quite apply to this technique. The colors were more thrown and splattered, so it is more about experimental painting that, when executed consistently, creates an abstract color field.
Reddish tones for the living room.
To control the spatial effect, the application of color and the color gradient are repeatedly interrupted for drying phases. The experimental application of paint is repeated with different colors until a natural effect is achieved. Diversityin color and texture arises. Primarily red, but also orange, yellow, green, blue, black, and whiteintermingle here in a complex manner. Their varying lengths (small and dot-like at the top of the image, large and streak-like at the bottom) create a perceptible sense of space. The eye repeatedly catches on the pattern-free structures, stimulating the viewer in an unusual way. This results in a painting with a reddish color dominance, perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere in a living space.
