Modern painting on the paint box becomes a source of inspiration.
The mental leaps evoked by the paint box as a symbol often lead many viewers towards childhood. The title "Swamp" invites you to steer your own associations in a different direction, without losing the personal touch. Experimental painting with vibrant colors.
With my experimental painting on the oversized paint box, a modern sculpture for the wall emerges. Through the juxtaposition of vibrant color fields, Tension Fields in Form and Color arise. On one side, the warm colors yellow and red, as well as white, and the cool colors green and blue, along with black. These colors can be seen in slightly modified forms on almost every paint box. On the other side, the "used" paint box compartments, the colorful interspaces, and the colored border area: here red, green, white, brown, and orange appear predominantly. The spatial effect of the colors (paintings) is further enhanced by the shadows cast by the wall object.
Canvases as a Basis for Constructing the Paint Box.
The paint box was constructed from wooden slats, canvas, and small frames. The wall sculpture "Swamp" measures 87 x 80 cm and was created in 2022 in Wiesbaden. The paint compartments, canvas, and various types of slats were initially glued or screwed together. Acrylic and oil paints, glue, and binders were used for painting and processing the artwork.
Free Shipping of the Artwork.
Artwork is usually shipped on Tuesdays and is free of charge. If necessary, another date can be arranged. During the (Hessian) school holidays, there may be delays due to vacations. Shipping pauses are communicated in the header of the homepage.

Within a 25 km radius, paintings are also personally delivered by me. Installation appointments can best be arranged by phone after placing an order.

I have been a freelance artist since 1997 and have explored a variety of themes in painting. While until 2007 I was almost exclusively engaged in expressive painting, today my focus is more on modern, experimental art.
