Modern experimental painting with acrylic and oil paints as well as varnish.
The seemingly chaotic application of paint in the painting allows “organic” forms to emerge, which are “staked out” by the size of the picture. The work was created using a mixed technique consisting of acrylic paint, water-mixable oil paint, and varnish. However, the term “painted” does not quite fit this technique. The paints were more thrown and splattered, so this is also experimental painting.
Contemporary art for stylish living spaces.
To control the spatial effect, the throwing of paint – and thus the color gradients – is repeatedly interrupted for drying phases. The experimental application of paint is repeated with different colors until a natural variety in color and structure emerges. Above all orange and Indian yellow, but also red, yellow, blue, black, green, white and violet blend here in a complex way and, through their differently long runs (dot-like and small at the top of the picture, stroke-like and large at the bottom), create a perceptible sense of space. The eye repeatedly lingers on the pattern-free structures, stimulating the viewer in an unusual way. In this way, a painting in warm tones is created for a stylish living space.
An abstract landscape with a rich variety of textures and colors.
Despite the many colors, "Claim 81" is rather subtle in its effect and can be enjoyed both from a distance (perception of spatiality) and up close (variety of structure and color). The landscape is signed, and the edges are painted white.
