Modern art on a rotating, round canvas.

The round canvas of the painting “Splash 38” has a diameter of 120 cm. The picture is executed in mixed media. Both acrylic and lacquer paints were thrown onto the canvas. The modern approach comes, on the one hand, from the use of a “painting machine” – a converted drill – and, on the other, from experimenting with the throwing of paint.

Vibrant blue: dynamic circular artwork "Splash 38"

The painting “Splash 38” is a circular artwork with a blue background. On this background there are numerous colorful splashes and lines that give the piece a lively and dynamic appearance. The splashes and lines appear in a wide range of colors, including green, yellow, red, white, purple and black.

The colors are irregularly distributed and seem as if they were spontaneously splashed onto the canvas. This creates a sense of movement and energy. Some of the lines curve and swirl across the entire image, while others are rendered in shorter, straight, or curved strokes. The various colors and shapes intersect and overlap, creating a deep and complex composition.

The blue background forms a strong contrast to the vibrant paint splashes, making them stand out even more. The different colors and shapes appear chaotic yet harmonious, giving the artwork a sense of freedom and artistic expressiveness.

In summary, "Splash 38" is a vivid and dynamic abstract painting that captivates with its high‑contrast colors and seemingly random patterns.

The fascination of “Splash 38”: A play of colors and forms

The painting “Splash 38” may appear abstract at first glance, but the term “abstract” is open to many interpretations. For me personally, this kind of art is the result of a brief and entertaining experiment. During the painting process, I devote myself joyfully to its realisation and engage intensively with aspects of grace, dynamism and beauty.

Through a harmonious composition of forms, a balanced interplay emerges that takes the viewer’s eye on a journey. Deliberately placed disruptions lend the painting tension and create interesting contrasts. The fascinating color composition, in which the selection and combination of colors are carefully coordinated, contributes to the overall impact.

The deliberate avoidance of excessive agitation in the image ensures a balanced overall effect. In this particular case, a beautiful painting in vibrant colors has been created, exuding an inviting atmosphere that captivates the viewer. It embodies the harmonious fusion of colors, shapes, and artistic expression.
